Ideal for grating carrots for salads or carrot cake; slicing potatoes for gratin; dicing vegetables for soups and stews; mincing chillis, ginger and garlic for pastes and marinades, as well as meat or fish for burgers; and so much more. The disc is dishwasher safe, but blades and base should be hand washed for sharpness and durability.
