The Pastabike Wheel from Marcato is a zig-zag cutter with nine wheels made of food-grade plastic. The transparent handle easily opens to add or remove the cutting wheels according to the width desired. The middle structure of the wheels and the support rod are made of chrome steel to ensure a stable cut and a long service life.
