Microplane Premium Spice Grater

A slender grater with a semi-circle body designed to grind large spices directly over food or beverages, but with razor-sharp blades and a soft-grip handle that makes it just as suitable for bulk grating.---DETAILS---Microplane is a household name across the world for their exceptional blades, which grate ingredients without bruising and tearing them. This rounded spice grater, which protects the spices from flying all over your work surface, is fitted with a comfortable soft-grip handle, and is perfect for producing delicate wisps of spice, particularly cinnamon and nutmeg. The notch in the handle allows you to hang it on a rack. It is dishwasher safe, but repeated exposure to dishwasher chemicals may dull the blades and shorten the lifespan of the product.---BENEFITS---‘It’s made for spices, but it can do a whole lot more—and the size is so convenient. I grate nuts and chocolate on it when I’m baking.’
